No cash or charge refunds will be given. We are glad to exchange any hair product, with the difference in value given back in store credit.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON: Children need to be supervised at all times while in the salon.
If you are scheduled to be in the salon for a long period of time, we suggest young children not accompany you.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:Gift certificates MUST be redeemed in person. No cash or charge refunds.
QUALITY SERVICE POLICY: All of our salon services are 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service please notify us within two weeks of your visit and we will gladly re-perform the service to your satisfaction. No cash or charge refunds on service will be given.
